WHEN YOUR CHILD IS ILL…
Please email email@example.com
This guidance has been provided to schools by the Health Protection Agency and may help you to decide how long you should keep your child at home when they are ill.
This is the advice followed by Aboyne Lodge and this is what we will tell you if you ask the school office how long your child should be kept at home after any infectious illness.

Please note, our school’s policy is that following a gastroenteritis infection (diarrhoea and/or vomiting illness) your child must not return to school for 48 hours after the last episode of diarrhoea or vomiting. This is to reduce the risk of the infection spreading.
If your child has nits (eggs) or head-lice, please access advice from here Head-lice advice
